I've been ordering this product for a couple months now and the quality is great. But with every order it seems there is less and less liquid in each bottle. Originally, the bottles were filled with a full 15ml, now I'm lucky to get 11-12 ml in each. I'm not sure if it's purposeful or a mistake in the bottling process. Please take note of this for future purchases. I appreciate the quality of the product and price point. But if it's marketed at 15 ml, customers deserve the full 15ml.

But for about last 4 months there has been a marked decline in product strength and or quality. I have had multiple complains of the exact same thing and no one knows each other and this is including my own testing of constant ratio . There are simple tests I do from the base ratio and I’m not seeing the same thing. Have you tried to tweak something??

No other extracts come close to Somas I’ve tried on the market which I still have yet to find one with matching quality, great effects as it’s the only relief I have felt in a long time. Customer service has been very helpful also I must add.

These were the best, the 300's, there is definitely a difference in the taste and potency I have noticed since the little white stickers are on the bottles. Is there any way to buy the older bottles or formula?
Thank you for your feedback. Rest assured, Soma Kratom has not changed the formula of the Soma 300 product. The little white stickers on the bottles were a temporary solution to track batches. This was required to be compliant with FDA regulations. We now have a permanent solution to tracking batches and these white stickers will no longer be on the bottles going forward once sold through. I used to receive my Soma in no more than 4 days, I am now on day 9 and haven’t received. Also the potency and amount have been lacking for a minute now. Please look into this, as I fear you will lose a lot of customers due to these issues.
