• Minimum thresholds apply to qualify for all Wholesale & Distributor Discount tiers. Application can be filled out directly on the site, and we can approve you as quickly as 15 minutes if submitted during business hours. If submission takes place after hours, you'll be approved the next business AM. 
• After your account is approved, you can access the Wholesale portion of the site and place your orders directly thru the site. If you prefer, one of our Account Managers can assist you with placing your order directly with them.
• Credit Cards can be utilized for wholesale orders, up to $10,000 limit. Anything above $10k would need to be via Wire Transfer or ACH. 
• Minimum dollar spend amount is required for all Wholesale & Distributor orders.
